We’ve achieved GreenMark Level 2 Accreditation

A proud milestone on our sustainability journey

We’re delighted to share that we’ve successfully passed our GreenMark Accreditation at Level 2.

This is an important moment for our business because it recognises the work we’ve been doing to strengthen how we manage environmental impact — not as a one-off initiative, but as a structured, ongoing part of how we operate.

What GreenMark is (and why it matters)

GreenMark is built around an online Environmental Management System (EMS) designed to help organisations put solid foundations in place to deliver their environmental policy and make measurable progress towards net zero. It’s practical, accessible, and focused on real-world actions.

Through the GreenMark portal, organisations build a clearer picture of their environmental performance, track key areas, and implement recommended improvements in a way that’s manageable and evidence-based.

What we did to achieve Level 2

Passing Level 2 wasn’t about a single change — it was about committing to a clear process and following it through. GreenMark’s approach breaks certification into a straightforward pathway:

  • Subscribe & onboard: gaining access to the GreenMark portal and getting set up with a structured framework.
  • Surveys: completing guided surveys that help identify where we are now and where the biggest opportunities sit.
  • Actions: working through recommended actions with clear guidance, implementing improvements at a pace that is realistic while still driving progress.
  • Certification: achieving accreditation once actions are implemented and evidenced.

That step-by-step structure helped us move from good intentions to consistent delivery.

What Level 2 means for us (and for our customers)

Achieving GreenMark Level 2 is a signal that we’re building sustainability into day-to-day decision-making, with a framework that supports continuous improvement.

It also brings meaningful benefits that matter:

  • Reduced energy costs: identifying inefficiencies and improving processes can help reduce energy usage and cost.
  • Competitive advantage: GreenMark credentials support customers and partners who want to work with responsible suppliers.
  • Attracting and retaining talent: accreditation demonstrates we’re serious about sustainability, which is increasingly important to employees.
  • Staying compliant: a structured system makes it easier to keep on top of environmental responsibilities and reporting expectations.

(These are core benefits GreenMark highlights as part of its accreditation approach: Benefits of GreenMark.)

Our sustainable journey

GreenMark Level 2 is an exciting milestone, but it’s part of a much wider commitment. You can read more about the steps we’re taking, the progress we’re making, and what sustainability means to us here:

Our Sustainable Story

This is progress — not the finish line

A key part of GreenMark is that it’s reviewed annually: organisations re-submit surveys each year, updating answers as needed, which helps keep momentum and ensures improvements don’t stall after certification.

For us, Level 2 is both a celebration and a commitment: we’ll keep building on this work, tracking progress, and taking practical actions that reduce our environmental impact over time.
